While delivering the product, it is important to monitor its movement throughout the entire supply chain. Modern technologies provide automated identification and end-to-end accounting of products through digital marking and certification.
Therefore TMK-Kaztrubprom implements SiLUR digital platform to solve such tasks.
During the identification of the marking technology for such a project, there were two options: dot-impact or laser engraving? It was found that the best solution is to mark casing pipes with laser engraved QR codes.

The QR code has a unique identifier (ID), which is “tied” to a specific casing item and is logged to the SiLUR system using a mobile application.
Each casing profile is recorded in a digital passport while also containing technical and operational characteristics and all the necessary documents (certificates, instructions, regulations, photographs, etc.).
Important note! The SiLUR system makes it possible to "upload" photos of the actual state of a pipe or cargo units into a digital passport at any stage of its movement, shipment, acceptance or accounting, and this clears all disputes between the Manufacturer, Supplier, Logistics and Customer in case of damage, loss or replacement of pipes.
